Time Frames
Once we receive Job Descriptions and person specifications we will immediately go to press.Phase 1
- Application
- Interviews
- Selection short list
Once an initial short list is prepared, based on formal interviews, potential candidates are then invited to attend phase 2, final selection and training.
Phase 2
Intensive Training the course includes:- Spoken English
- Job role specific tasks (where applicable)
- Final Selection
- Progression to phase3
Phase 3
- Arrangements are made to travel to the UK
- Staff will be met in the UK and delivered to destination
- Accommodation will be arranged prior to arrival
- First morning at work staff will be escorted to your business
- Induction to job role can be carried out if required
- During the first week a further training will take place with a UK bank.
